During this past year we entered "The Twin Lakes" design in the Parade of Homes. The response from the public was overwhelming and the comments carried a common theme. "We've never seen this level of quality in the size and price range of this home," said a Parade goer. Maybe that's why it ran away with a First Place Award and a Special Design Feature Award for the kitchen!

Giving Back to the Community

Besides his involvement in the Home Building Industry on a local and State level, Mike Neace, President and Owner of American Family Homes gives back quietly to his community. "We feel strongly about giving to education, youth sports and those less fortunate than us. We encourage everyone in the community to pause and look around. See what and who needs help. When we take care of our own, then we have a real sense of community. It is our responsibility and duty to pay it forward."
